I purchased a #6 (grilled chicken sandwich), the day prior I only consumed a cup of soup, coffee and a nutrigrain bar. The chicken tasted undercooked so I didn't finish it but diarrhea set it, and I became nauseous and began a series of vomiting and diarrhea episodes that lasted more than 24 hours. Went to the nearest urgent care facility to obtain (food poisoning) as the official diagnosis. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
