Food Safety Report: mcdonalds, Branham Lane, San Jose, CA, USA.

mcdonalds, Branham Lane, San Jose, CA, USA

163 Branham Lane, San Jose, 95136 California, United States

About 2 weeks ago I had gone camping in San Francisco with my best friend, we decided to make a pit stop at McDonalds since it was our favorite fast food restaurants to go to, so I ordered an egg McMuffin. A couple hours later I started getting diarrhea and having to constantly make trips to the bathroom, for 4 days straight. It was painful. I thought since it was my first experiences with this issue it could have been something else I've eaten but just 2 days ago my friend brought me a box of 10pc chicken McNuggets and small fries. The day after I had extremely horrible stomach pain, bloating, severe nausea, and watery diarrhea that burned horribly. To this day I am still in pain. | Symptoms: Bloating
