Fast Food Fry Illness - McDonald's, Hammond Indiana

I ate a large fry for lunch at about 12:30pm on 9/24/2020 and it tasted funny so didn't finish it. Around 3:30pm I started getting stomach pains. By 4:30pm the diarrhea began and eventually vomiting. This lasted until around 7:30pm and then periodically throughout the night. Couldn't even keep liquids down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
