Despite not finishing his meal, he and the rest of us encountered the same adverse symptoms. In total, my order included three sausage McMuffins, two steak bagels, and one large frappe - sufficient for five people. The frappe, designated for myself and my brother, failed to reach us intact due to poor packaging, causing it to melt and spill inside its bag. Two people eating totally different items from here on 11/01/22 both got foul diarrhea the next day.
Must be very poor food handling happening for two people not eating the same things to both get foul diarrhea!

I ordered 4 cheese burgers at 5pm by 10 pm I was hurting my wife ate half of a burger and she experienced similar pains in her stomach. I went to the hospital at 4am and went through it for 36 hours.
