Additional information: I didn't really realize what had made me sick at first. Ate a great value croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich for lunch Saturday. Started feeling sick around 10pm. Had horrible vomiting and stomach issues starting at 1230 Sunday morning. Lasted on and off till Monday night when I was able to eat again. Today (Tuesday) not thinking I ate another one for lunch and upon waking up from a nap BACK TO THE SAME THING! It's August 2024 now and I'm having similar issues, but not quite as extreme. Mainly gastrointestinal issues within a couple hours of eating exactly the same product you mentioned, the GV croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I've been eating them for about 6 days now and was thinking my stomach issues was from something else until the last 2 days I've noticed that was the only thing I ate all day prior to the issues. My Walmart is in Rancho Cordova California though.
