Yesterday 04/01/24 A ten piece of chicken Wendys meal. It was the last meal I ate I ordered a ten piece chicken nuggets meal, with a fry, and strawberry lemonade. 04/01/24 I woke up in the middle of the night roughly around 4 am. Had bad nausea, and diarrhea. Went back to sleep, my stomach still currently hurts and I had to go to the bathroom again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Stomach Pain
