McDonalds
Working in the area. Fine all day, went to McD for 2 bacon doubles (no fries or drink) 40 minutes later I was dizzy and nauseous. I vomited and went home. An hour later I was fine again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
