I went to get a hamburger and fries and a small sprite . 2 hours later I left so tired I felt like I had to throw up , I threw up 4 times that night . I couldn't sleep every minute I was running to the bathroom. I will never eat McDonald's again . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
