Had the chicken wrap. Severe headache and vomiting about 12 hours later. Nausea lasting 2 days so far. I don't know how lettuce could be the culprit but that was the only thing left in my stomach at 4 a.m. My friend had a salad and was nauseous for the next 24-36 hrs. Yes, she was with me at the same mcdonalds at the same time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
