I had gotten a big mac with fries cookies and a snack wrap. I only consumed big mac and some fries. Within an hr I was throwing up had a fever by hr 3. I threw up every 20 min for 7 hrs. After hr 7 I could not stop going to the "restroom". This was the only thing I consumed that day. I had no breakfast and with my symptoms I am sure it was a moderate form of food poisoning. I say moderate bc I have had a severe case before that lasted days. This was only a 24hr episode. I want to make sure that if its the sauce or patties that they are thrown out so no one else will have to go through this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
