My son and I went through the drive-through at 7:45 this morning we both ordered a sausage McMuffin no cheese I took him to school and made it back to the house and the school nurse called telling me he was puking everywhere I went to pick him up from school and I had to pull over and started getting sick as well. We are both in bed now absolutely miserable something was wrong with that sausage. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
