Food Safety Report: McDonalds.

I ordered some French fries with no salt for my daughter and about 30 mins after eating her fries she complained about having a horrible stomach ache and had to go tot eh bathroom now. This was at about 12:00 pm. Now at 9:33 pm she is still having watery diarrhea very nauseated and has a fever of 99. She has Juvinial Rumatoid Arthritis and because of the medicine she takes has almost no amune system. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
