Late last night, I had a bowl in a half of Trix cereal. This morning I woke up (6:30 a.m.) feeling sick to my stomach. Felt horrible all day. As of an hour and a half ago (12 hours after eating), I have had no choice but to be in bed. I am having the WORST stomach pains and feel like I could throw up. I go from feeling freezing to sweating and just want to sleep. The first time this happened to me was when I ate Cheerios and I've stayed away from cereal since and now for the first time, last night, Trix.
