Ate the pepperoni pizza and about 2-3 hours later, i got nauseas and a feeling over fatigue/tiredness. My stomach is still gurgling. I could not find any health inspections on the VA Fairfax health department website in the past year. Unacceptable. Does the govt even care about what people are eating and how their allowing these chains to continue operations? | Symptoms: Nausea, Fatigue
