Ate vegetarian salad with fake meat Tuesday and same salad without the meat Wednesday . Catered from here. Starting Wednesday night, began feeling awful with stomach and lower bowel cramps. Vomiting started Thursday morning. No appetite for 3 days. Awaiting results of stool sample. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
