Date Closed: 01/15/2020Cockroach and rodent infestation. The inspector visited in response to an employee complaint, and saw live and dead roaches “too numerous to count throughout the facility,” including at the prep and cook lines and all over the storage room. There were also numerous rodent droppings all over the facility, including on food packing items at the cook line. The same restaurant was closed for three days in August because of a cockroach infestation. The inspector discovered that the facility changed ownership in October and had been operating without a valid permit ever since; it was given one week to purchase a new permit.
