I was in the MGM Grand Las Vegas on 26 March 2026. We all drank Tap water. My son got sick on 27 March with symptoms of high fever, vomitting , stomach pain and loose motions . Now my daughter also got sick from 30th morning. She has high fever 102, stomach pain, cramps, vomitted( 4 times) and loose motions( black). I came to urgent care right now. I am not happy with my stay at MGM Grand . Didn't know kids will get sick from the tap water. We trusted MGM Grand water. I feel guilty and angry on myself as a mom.. MGM Grand Las Vegas | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Gas
