I asked for a sandwich called "el grande . (ham,eggs.and cheese as soon as I give the first bite my stomach inflamed and I got dizziness and nausea I was already feeling full.didnt continue eating,the whole night were in the same condition.this morning in my way to the bank I pupp in my pants,didnt have time for anything.just went back home and since then I had diarrea I was with a friend who after finish his food. got the same simptoms.stomach inflamed and nausea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
