Ate food last night I went to sleep and I’ve been vomiting a ton, tacos Last night I ordered mighty taco from doordash I went to sleep 15 minutes after eating . I woke up at 5:34am with diarrhea and nausea. Went back to sleep for about an hour then I woke up again and I’ve had vomiting diarrhea and was extremely nauseous for about 7 hours straight I’m extremely lightheaded trying to drink a lot of water01/23 Update: 24hours later I’m feeling a lot worse. I can’t keep any food in my stomach. The longest I’ve felt okay was an hour then I went back to vomiting. I can barely stand let alone walk. I’m in so much pain I’ve never felt like this before. I can barely keep water in my system.
