I ordered a grilled chicken quesadilla. While eating I found something that wasn’t chicken inside and pulled it out. I thought maybe some beef fell into the pan they were cooking my chicken in though, no big deal. Within 3 hours of eating there I got home and became violently ill. I was having diarrhea every hour multiple times an hour, throwing up, and having constant stomach pains that were so intense all I could do was cry. I’ve also become so dehydrated from not being able to keep anything down that my heart rate has been constantly staying above 100 bpm even while I’m just laying down. And when I get up it jumps to 140-160’s and makes me feel like I’m going to pass out. It’d almost 24 hours post meal and I still don’t feel right. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
