I really like Milagros but it’s the only thing we can figure out that caused it. I had chicken soft tacos with lettuce instead of tortillas at 3, and around 9:30 at night I had stomachache pain and then vomiting all night long with dry heaves, and diarrhea and still in bed the next day with chills. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
