Severe GI Distress: ER Visits - Missouri, Missouri

Started on 7/22/22 with severe heartburn, bloating and gas, followed by vomiting and watery diarrhea. Was severe enough to go to the E.R. twice. 7/22/22 & 7/23/22
Symptoms lasted through July 27th after a low grade fever wiped it out over night.

08/04 update: No idea what caused it. My partner didnt get sick. These are things i ate different. Lactose free Milk from Monroe, Mi Walmart? Cage free Eggs from Flat Rock, Mi Meijer. Chocolate muffins Flat Rock, Mi Meijer. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Bloating, Gas, Heartburn
