My toddler ate pizza for lunch. Spiked a high fever with watery diarrhea and vomiting. Doctors have ruled out COVID, flu, strep, appendicitis and think it’s food poisoning. Husband only ate little bit pizza and had minor diarrhea. I didn’t eat any and I’m fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
