My toddler ate pizza for lunch. Spiked a high fever with watery diarrhea and vomiting. Doctors have ruled out COVID, flu, strep, appendicitis and think it’s food poisoning. Husband only ate little bit pizza and had minor diarrhea. I didn’t eat any and I’m fine.

Severe Diarrhea Post Pizza

Ate garlic and mushroom pizza with mozzarella cheese and their cheese bread. Had mild diarrhea the next day, then the second day is when all hell broke loose. I can’t leave the toilet.
