My husband and I ate lunch at MOD Pizza in Columbia, MD today, July 18, 2016 around 12:00pm. We both had pepperoni pizza, but on different crust (one gluten free, one regular). Nausea and uneasy stomach came on within an hour, and we both have had pretty constant diarrhea since then. It is 5:30pm now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
