Moe's Southwest grill
On Jan 31st 2013, 3 individuals visited the Moe's southwest grill in hagerstown, Md. 1 had Quesadilla, the other 2 got the home wrecker Burrito which includes steak and ground beef. 6-8 hours later headaches, weakness, fever, cold chills and then vomiting and diarrhea commenced and sickness remained for 48 hours. The individuals were unable to execute daily employment duties the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Chills
