My husband ate a taco at moes and became violently ill. He vomited so much and so hard that he passed out and hit his head on the bathtub, causing a black eye! I took one bite of his taco and felt ill the following day. He vomited through the night and into the next day. After only one bite, I vomited once and felt uneasy for about 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
