Nachos Cause Urgent Care Visit - Moe's Southwest grill, Raleigh North Carolina

I had nachos with salsa and queso from there on 5/25/21. I ate less than half and within 15 minutes of eating I began to feel queasy, which was followed by nausea, diarrhea, extreme stomach pains, headache and dizziness. This included a trip to the local Urgent Care for some help. Four days later I’m still sick with sharp pains in my stomach.
