Chicken nachos w queso and pico at 12:00 pm on Sun. Felt nauseated from about 3:00pm until 3:00 am on Mon. Threw up 4 times between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Had diarrhea during same time frame. Fine after 10 pm on Sun. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
