Beef Salad Causes Illness - Moe's Southwest grill, Alpharetta Georgia

I had a salad with ground beef- I noticed the lettuce was browning to the point where the guy who worked there picked some out... I ate alone- about 11-12 hours later I got up from bed and violently threw up. I was back and forth in the bathroom throwing up and having diarrhea about 8 times total.
