Additional information: Last night I got food for the family. The only ingredient that was different from them was fresh cilantro and sour cream. I woke up in the morning nauseous. Spent the day with vomiting and diarrhea. Everyone else was fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
