Shared crab dip for an app and had a chicken panini and sangria on Sunday. Felt a little nauseous Sunday night. On Monday morning started severe diarrhea and vomiting all day. Diarrhea continued for the next 2 days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
