Seated around 8pm on 10/12/19, ate the clam chowder and bay shrimp cocktail around 830pm. The shrimp came out on a bed of lettuce and cucumbers and appeared to be a salad, so I ate it as such. By 1130 I was unusually bloated and unable to sleep. I was nauseous and began vomiting at 230am, again at 4am and 745am. My body aches and I’m incredibly tired from being unable to sleep. The bloated feeling continues into today (Saturday) and still haven’t slept much. Delirious and hoarse from vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Body Ache
