Late-Night Pizza Illness - Morrisons, Barnsley England

Had a pizza made 10 minutes before the pizza counter was due to close. Spicy chicken, spicy beef, and pepperoni were my toppings. I ate the pizza at around 10PM and at 2AM the next morning I was vomiting and sat on the toilet. Before mid day came around I'd vomited 12 times and has to sit on the toilet 7 times
