- comments: no procedure nor supplies in place for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instd to provide procedure and necessary supplies effective against norovirus. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: missing handwash signage at handwash sinks. Instd to provide and maintain.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: towels being used to line interior bottom of prep cooler and dry storage shelves through out prep area. Instd to remove all towels so as surface to be a smooth, even, easily cleanable surface.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: exterior sides of fryers/inbetween fryers, and underneath flat top grill will excessive grease, debris and food residue accumulation. Instd to clean all and maintain.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: food hanlder missing food handler training. Instd to obtain and maintain verification for all food handlers.
