Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills
Suspected source: After eating a casserole with sautéed mushrooms I noticed the ones left in the container were molded. Some were a little slimy when chopping them up but bot all.
Onset: Right away
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
