Ordered chicken, shrimp, rice, & veggies. Less than 2 hrs I began symptoms of headache, stomach pain, & gas. Later came nausea & vomiting. Then extreme diarrhea & more vomiting at the same time. So far it's been on going for well over 4-5 hrs non stop diarrhea, vomiting, & chills. If this continues past 6 hrs I will be going to the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas
