Additional information: I had Bonsai Betty for breakfast today. About 9:30am. At about 3:30pm, I had diarrhea and was nauseous and felt chilled. By 4pm, I was vomiting violently. The symptoms lasted past 9pm. I’m not sure it’s better or if my stomach I just empty. I just started a small amount of Pedialyte and will try a banana if I can keep the Pedialyte down. We had breakfast at Nalu’s on 9/23 at about 9:30 am. I do not have the receipt for our meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
