1/11/2023 After I ate at Nandos lifestyle Gerzina mild chicken breast and green salad I was having an appointment at Steve Biko hospital on 1/11/2023 to do my embryo transfer and when I was done I went to Nandos at 12:19 ordered mild chicken and salad I received a cold chicken breast and didn’t think anything of it but while I was eating close to the bones I started smelling a funny smell from the chicken it’s too late I was about to finish the food I left to home and around 13:20 I started to feel weak and nauseous my stomach started rumbling with cramps I can’t eat anything I had a running stomach the whole night and my body is very weak my fear is that my embryo could be affected negatively I’m in stressed which I’m not supposed to… | Symptoms: Cramps, Nausea, Weakness, Stomach Pain
