Severe Nausea Post-Burger - Nandos, Newcastle upon Tyne England

Ate at around 2pm 23/9/18. Had Sunset Burger with chips and coleslaw. From 1am 25/9/18 had severe nausea, diarrhoea and dehydration from water loss. Managing to keep down solid plain food - had a few crackers. Starting to feel feverish now and still ridden with diarrhoea and nausea. Yet to vomit but feel like I could. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dehydration
