We had meal platter with rice and chips and a side of halloumi with mayonnaise about 4 hours later my daughters boyfriend was very sick brought everything up then had severe diarrhoea - about the same time my daughter was complaining about a bad headache and feeling sick about two hours later she felt faint and started with the diarrhoea she then collapsed in the hallway and continued to have diarrhoea all through the night | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
