I had nandos with my family on Saturday in the evening roughly about 5.30 . I had the butterfly chicken with mac and cheese and broccoli . Since eating the food I later that night became very unwell and had diarrhoea. Sunday spent the day with stomach pain stomach cramps and diarrhoea all day not being able to leave the house or do anything . Monday starts diarrhoea all morning chills and sweats all day had to go work nights had a toilet close by spent the night mostly using the toilet feeling violently ill and chills . After finishing got home more diarrhoea stomach pains cramps . Tuesday same thing diarrhoea stomach pain cramps all day finding it very hard to do anything . Tried working luckily finnished early as job was complete come home had to use the toilet had diarrhoea with blood in my poo . Waited till the morning had blood in my urine and blood in my poo now waiting for an appointment at the g p for an exam and taking a wee sample | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
