Undercooked GF Chicken Illness - Nandos, England

We ordered a butterfly chicken and double chicken pitta meal both with chips and rice - the butterfly chicken was requested to be gluten free and when presented it was visually cooked but not hot - within 6 hours my wife was very poorly with all salmonella poisoning symptoms and then I got it a few hours later - I finished my pitta and finished off my wife’s meal and the meal at fault I believe was the butterfly chicken that had not been reheated properly. Won’t be going to Nando’s again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
