Pizza Triggers Severe Symptoms - Doordash, Los Angeles California

Just now, Pizza I ordered a plain tomato, cheese, and basil pizza. Pizza was delivered by door dash. I ate about 4 slices. About 30 minutes later, i had excrutiatng pains in my stomach, and i was sweating and lightheaded and dizzy. I managed to get to the bathroom and had painful stomach cramps and diarrhea for about 20 minutes. I then laid on the floor sweating for about 15 minutes, when the cramping and diarrhea started again for about 15 minutes.
