West 79th Street, New York, 10024 New York, United States

I visited the Natural History Museum on 1/11/18 and ate chicken tenders from the cafeteria on the ground floor. When I got back to my hotel, I had a high fever and felt nauseous. I later started vomiting and went to go see a doctor. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
