Onset: immediate Nausea, severe abdominal pain, headache, feeling weak and limp It states gradually increase fiber overtime to help minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort which I find SO STRANGE because I do take fiber and have taken it DAILY FOR YEARS two tablespoons of Metamucil in water. Dietary fiber says 5g on the package and I can assure you I’m taking more fiber on a daily basis than what is in this bar so that isn’t it. This bar is toxic — stay away from Nature Valley PERIOD. Not a trustworthy business. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
