My wife and I were at the festival sat Aug 11 We both ate teriyaki chicken around 6 pm from Okinawa food stand. About 6 hours later we both became violently ill We both began throwing up nausea diarrhea chills We both spent all nite in the bathroom never experienced anything this bad before. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Nausea
