Had a family member ordered a couple of different plates (to-go). I had the combination over rice, noticed the smell was stronger than usual. After eating 1/4 of the plate I wasn’t feeling good. Decided to take a break and went back to look at the food, found a piece of lettuce that had mold in it. Won’t be eating there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
