- comments: observed no covered waste receptacles in all gender and women staff washrooms. Instructed manager to provide.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed all three lids missing on first dumpster and front lid missing on second dumpster in outside garbage area. Instructed manager to replace all missing lids and maintain. All dumpsters shall be covered with tight fitting lids. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b)
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed no mechanical ventilation in lunchroom staff washroom, pre-k washroom, and office staff washrooms. Instructed manager to provide ventilation in all washrooms.
