Door dash, penne With tomato sauce snd meatballs and pad Thai with tofu. food was pretty cold snd cheese wasn’t melted. Shared both with family. Meatballs were cold and gross so immediately didn’t finish or eat and avoided the cheese. Pretty sure that wasn’t it but pad Thai was kind of gross. 3 hours later bad headache and horrible stomach pain and indigestion. Passed quickly but I just knew it was that | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Indigestion, Stomach Pain
